SUPPORT TEAM
Support team is responsible for matching mentors and mentees. They will also conduct check ins and solve problems with matching issues.
PARTNERSHIPS
The Partnerships team at CovEd builds collaborations with schools and community groups to create programs for underserved students. They represent CovEd during check-in meetings with partners, including school principals, nonprofit CEOs, and government representatives. The team also oversees CovEd Labs.
ABC CLUBS
ABC Club coordinators will play a vital role in facilitating the recruitment process of both students and instructors for the various clubs. In addition to this important responsibility, they will also provide comprehensive oversight for all K-12 student clubs, ensuring that each operates smoothly and effectively.
MENTOR-MENTEE RESOURCES
Mentor-Mentee Resources are responsible for creating and compiling lesson plans to guide new mentors. They also make slide decks, handbooks, and organize speaker series for mentees.
FUNDRAISING
The CovEd Fundraising team raises resources to fund CovEd. They cultivate donor relationships, create campaigns, research and apply for grants to secure funding for programs aiding underprivileged students and schools.
TECHNOLOGY
Technology Officers are responsible for building and maintaining the matching platforms and other projects.
PUBLIC RELATIONS
Public Relations team create graphic for CovEd announcements. They will also implement ways to gain traction on social media and member engagement.
